White Pine is currently hiring for the following positions:
Taking applications for 2007-2008 Winter Season Staff

Lift Supervisor

Restaurant Help
Must be dependable with prior experience preferred. Positions include cooks, prep cooks, wait staff, dishwashers and housekeeping/cleaning staff.

Ski Shop
Ski and Board rental technicians with retail experience preferred. Training is available.

Mechanic
Must have working knowledge of snow grooming equipment, heavy construction equipment and utility vehicles. Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Snowmaking and grooming experience a plus.

Ski Patrollers, Ski School Instructors

Ski Patrollers
Duties include intermediate to expert level of Alpine skiing, training in slope-specific first aid, rescue, hill safety, and toboggan handling. Candidate should hold an OEC or EMT rating with current ARC or AHA CPR. Work is conducted in severe weather conditions with many hours outdoors. Usually work hours are from 7:30 am until 5:00 pm.

Ski School Instructors
Must have a professional attitude and excellent communication skills. Instructors must be competent on intermediate to advanced terrain and be comfortable teaching all age groups. Must be patient and have excellent customer service skills. Certified instructors would be preferred, but training would be provided to individuals with little experience.

White Pine Ski Area is located 10 miles from Pinedale in the beautiful Wind River Mountain Range. Employee housing is available.
Pay depends on experience.
